Wagon
is destined for transport of steel plate coils which are loaded
in horizontal position and have to be protected from atmospheric
influences. For protection there is a folding tarpaulin on supports,
guided on little wheels along wagon sides. Closed tarpaulin can
be locked on wagon ends. In upper part of tarpaulin there is anti-condensation
layer which prevents falling of condensate on steel plate coils.
In opened position of tarpaulin, 2/3 of wagon loading length can
be uncovered.
Wagon is equipped with saddles for steel plate coils
acceptance. On saddles there is a mechanism for coils side moving
protection.
Wagon complies to UIC, RIV and TSI regulations.

Wagon frame
Wagon frame has welded steel construction with longitudinal
outside carriers. On upper part od frame, there are five saddles
for steel plate coils housing. Wagon frame is made of steel plates,
rolled and bended shapes. End part of frame is constructed for automatic
clutch installing.
Bogie
Bogie is built for axle pressure of 22.5 tons and
it is equipped with braking leverage for "S" regime. Bogie
frame has welded steel construction. Slewing bowl and side slippers
are equipped woth poliamid-type inserts.
Wheel sets are for axle load of 22.5 tons per axle, with sleeve
diameter of 130 mm. Monoblock wheels are BA 004 type for composite
brake levers.
Coupling gear
Coupling gear is RG 15 type, with 1000 kN hook and
850 kN clutch.
Buffers
Buffers are in C class, buffer stroke is 105 mm,
with hydraulic insert. Dimensions of buffer plates are 340 x 450
mm.
Braking equipment
Wagon is equipped with hand brake for ground handling,
and with air brake type KE-GP-A-(K) 1x12" with DRV 2-600 type
brake leverage regulator. Main air pipeline is 5/4", with pipeline
taps mounted on both wagon ends. Brake inserts are built of composite-type
material Cosid 810.
Tarpaulin
Wagon is covered with tarpaulin which is securred
to main and auxiliary supports which are movable along wagon sides.
On both sides of wagon there is a tarpaulin locking mechanism.
Grounding
Grounding is developed according to UIC 355 standard.
